1. Services Provided
We offer professional exterior cleaning services including (but not limited to):

• Window Cleaning (interior and exterior)

• Gutter Cleaning and Guard Installation

• Power Washing

• Eavestrough and Soffit Scrubbing

• Concrete Sealing and Deck Brightening

2. Booking and Cancellations

• All appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.

• No-shows without notice may result in refusal of future service.

3. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.

• Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the condition of the property or scope of work.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stay until you're thrilled with our work. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
5. Liability and Insurance

• 519 Windows carries $5 million in liability insurance.

• Our team is fully trained and covered by WSIB for your peace of mind.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, or items not disclosed prior to service (e.g., damaged seals, loose gutters, or cracked siding).

6. Safety Policy

• Safety is a priority. Our team uses proper equipment to safely access heights up to 40 feet.

• Clients are asked to keep children and pets away from the work area during service for safety reasons.

7. Weather Conditions

• Services may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures).

• You will be contacted promptly to arrange a new appointment.

8. Property Access

• Please ensure access to all areas being serviced (e.g., unlocked gates, cleared pathways).

• If we are unable to access the property or work area, a rescheduling fee may apply.

9. Warranties

• Gutter guard installations include a 3-year installation warranty and a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

• Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, severe weather, or structural issues.

10. Privacy
Customer information is kept confidential and is never shared or sold. We use your data only for communication, scheduling, and service-related purposes.
